What is the status of my order?
- If your order has yet to be shipped, please contact us with your confirmation number to get a status update. If it has shipped, please refer to your tracking number for progress.
Can I change my order?
- Please email within 24 hrs of your confirmation to make any adjustments to the order.
Wash and Care?
- Care instruction:
- Face Masks:: Hand Wash or wash on gentle washing cycle (or in washer mesh bag). Hang dry or (lay flat to dry). Iron on low temperature.
- Jewelry:: Keep away from moisture to retain longevity and to avoid tarnishing. For best keep, store in airtight bag (ziplock) when not in use.
- Gold plated will tarnish faster if not taken care of.
- Gold-filled can last a lifetime if properly taken care of.
What about damage or issues with my order?
- Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
